What is TESSY MODEST HOME jewellery made from?
Our current jewellery collection is made from stainless steel. Each product page also identifies the finish and design details that have been confirmed for that specific piece.
Is the jewellery waterproof?
Yes. Our current stainless-steel pieces are waterproof, so normal contact with water is fine. Waterproof does not mean chemical-proof, so please avoid bleach, strong cleaning products and other harsh chemicals.
Is the jewellery non-tarnishable?
Yes. Our current pieces are non-tarnishable. Thoughtful care and separate storage will help keep each piece looking its best.
Are the clear decorative stones diamonds?
No precious-stone claim is made unless it is specifically confirmed on the individual product page. Clear decorative stones should not be assumed to be diamonds.
Which ring sizes are available?
Our rings are currently available in sizes 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21. Select your size on the product page before adding the ring to your bag.
What should I do if I am between ring sizes?
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Finger size can change slightly with temperature and throughout the day.
How should I care for and store my jewellery?
Avoid harsh chemicals. After wearing, wipe the piece gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. When a deeper clean is needed, use lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth, then allow the piece to dry fully before placing it in closed storage.
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box. Fasten chains before storage and avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on top of the jewellery.
What does the two-year guarantee cover?
Every TESSY MODEST HOME piece is covered for two years from the purchase date against confirmed manufacturing defects. If we confirm that a fault is covered, we will provide the appropriate remedy in line with the guarantee and your applicable consumer rights.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover loss, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, or damage caused by harsh chemicals. It does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
How do I make a guarantee request?
Email tessymodesthome@gmail.com with your order number, a short explanation of the issue and clear photographs or a short video. We will review the request and reply with the next steps.
