This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through tessymodesthome.com are prepared and delivered.

Shipping destinations and rates

We ship worldwide to destinations supported by Shopify and for which a delivery option is available at checkout. Our current standard shipping rates are:

Italy: €7.00. Standard shipping is free for orders of €55.00 or more.
European Union (excluding Italy): €14.99.
All other supported destinations: €19.99.

All shipping rates are charged in euros. The final shipping charge and available delivery option are shown at checkout before payment. A separately advertised promotion may reduce or waive a shipping charge when its stated conditions are met.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is authorised. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During unusually busy periods, severe weather, public holidays, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer. If a material delay is expected, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in dispatch communications are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly agree to a specific date. In all cases, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded unless a different period has been agreed with you.

Address accuracy and changes

Please check the recipient name, street address, postcode, city, province, telephone number, and email address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if something is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or dispatch has begun.

If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we will contact you. Any new delivery cost may be charged where permitted by law and where the failed delivery was not caused by us or the carrier.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included or collected in advance, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are not controlled by TESSY MODEST HOME. Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays.

If a parcel is returned because required import charges were not paid or delivery was refused, any refund will be processed after the goods are returned and may be reduced by non-recoverable delivery or return costs where permitted by law.

Dispatch and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Where tracking is available, the message will include the relevant tracking details. Tracking events can take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Split shipments

We may send items from the same order separately when reasonably necessary. You will not be charged additional standard shipping solely because we split an order.

Delays, loss, and delivery problems

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the parcel appears lost, or the order has not arrived within the stated estimate, contact support@tessymodesthome.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the product as soon as reasonably possible and contact us. Prompt notice helps us investigate, but it does not remove statutory rights.

Risk and receipt

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise.
