Jewellery Care

Every TESSY MODEST HOME piece in the current collection is crafted from stainless steel and is waterproof and non-tarnishable. Normal contact with water is fine.

Everyday Care

• Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach and strong household cleaners.
• Allow perfume, hairspray, lotion and skincare products to settle before putting on your jewellery.
• Wipe each piece gently with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth after wear.

Cleaning

For everyday residue, use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap and a soft cloth. Rinse gently, wipe with a clean cloth and allow the piece to dry fully before returning it to storage.

Storage

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to help prevent scratches.
• Fasten chains before storing them to reduce tangling.
• Keep jewellery away from sharp objects, heavy items and places where it could be bent or crushed.
• Make sure pieces are clean before placing them into closed storage.

Please note: Waterproof does not mean chemical-proof. Normal water contact is fine, but harsh chemicals can affect a jewellery finish.
